Namaste!

Today I consulted few books to see final forms of dhātu mṛ[ṅ] (6Ā). It is ātmapada dhātu but final forms in liṭ, luṭ, lṛt, lṛṅ are given with parapada endings. It's in Bṛhad-dhātu-kusumakara, Rūpa-candrikā and Dhātu-ratnākara.

Can anyone tell me reason?
Thanks

Please post your question specifically and precisely without quoting the forms from the declension tables from all the books you read.

Please check the पाणिनिसूत्र "म्रियतेर्लुङ्लिङोश्च । 1.3.61", taking care to examine the full व्याख्या, which gives the full context. This सूत्र fully describes the forms you have seen in the various books of conjugation tables.

I also found answer.
It is from Hari-nāmāmṛta-vyākaraṇa of Jīva Gosvāmī.
Sūtra ५५० from madhyama edition:
म्रियतेः परपदं शिव-भूतेश-कामपालेभ्यो ’न्यत्र - Parapada endings are applied after the dhātu mṛ[ṅ] when the viṣaya is a pratyaya other than a śiva, bhūteśa (luṅ), or kāmapāla (ā. li.) pratyaya.

Thank you. You could have learnt Harinamamrita first and raised the question.
