Can anybody translate these sentences in Samskrita? I can try but may not be as good as some learned people can do here.

This is a Govt of India institution. This is Vision statement not for TIFAC but for Technology Vision 2035 document being prepared by TIFAC for India. So more focus is on Technology and its role in Nation Building.The requester is the executive director. The statement in Hindi and English is:
