A shloka from Bhashamahamya by Shudruk that has all consonants in order

कः खगौघाङचिच्छौजा झाञ्ज्ञोऽटौठीडडण्ढणः। तथोदधीन् पफर्बाभीर्मयोऽरिल्वाशिषां सहः।।

કઃ ખગૌઘાઙચિચ્છૌજા ઝાઞ્જ્ઞોઽટૌઠીડડણ્ઢણઃ|  તથોદધીન્ પફર્બાભીર્મયોઽરિલ્વાશિષાં સહઃ||

kaḥ khagaughāṅacicchaujā jhāñjño'ṭauṭhīḍaḍaṇḍhaṇaḥ| tathodadhīn papharbābhīrmayo'rilvāśiṣāṁ sahaḥ|| 

“Who is he, the lover of birds, pure in intelligence, expert in stealing the strength of others, leader among the destroyers of the enemies, the steadfast, the fearless, the one who filled the ocean? He is the king Maya, the repository of the blessings that can destroy the foes.”

   The English is not at all coherent with the Sanskrit, even I can see that.

      There has been a lot of moving of the goalposts (i,e, liberties taken) behind the scene.

Dr Bhat can perhaps cleanse us of the work of this bit of pseudo-sanskritism, please?

[अभ्यंकरकुलोत्पन्नः श्रीपादः | श्रीपतेः पदयुगं स्मरणीयम् ।]

I attempted first the 

पदच्छेद as

कः खग-ओघान् चिच्छौजाः झाञ्जः अटौठीत्(ट्) अडण्डढणः |

तथा उदधीन् पफः बाभीः मयः अरिलु-आशिषाम् सह ||

If this is okay, (I cannot claim this to be correct, hence using the word "okay"), it brings out many problems. 

1. Sandhi of ओघान् चिच्छौजाः should have ञ् not ङ्. 
2. अटौठीत्(ट्) Here ट् is a misfit.
   
3. उदधीन् is wrong form of उदधि 
   
4. Should not ending सहः be सह ? 
5. सह should go with तृतीया विभक्ति. But one reads आशिषाम् सह which has षष्ठी.
6. One is left to wonder which words in the English translation match with meanings of words in the पदच्छेद.

You might be interested to know of an entirely different pangram, composed “live” in a public assembly, by Manavalli Gangadhara Sastri (1854–1914), See attached .pdf file . Instead of using all 4 lines of a verse in śloka metre (4×8 syllables), he's used the last 3 lines of a verse in upendravajrā metre (3×11 syllables). So not only is an “ordered pangram” possible; multiple ones are.
