Help with converting this to a Samskrtam verse

A friend of mine was given this verse in Tamil by her Guru. She wishes to have it converted to a Samskrtam verse. Any volunteers?

Mey in Tamil has meaning of both body, deha as well as truth. The second meaning may be more in consonance with the rest.

बृहत् indicates only big size and not the other meanings that महा can convey.

As per the suggestion of Sri Gowrishankar Arunachalamji, let us have the second line as

त्वमेव मम अन्तस्सत्यात्मकम् सत्यम्

AthmamahAshakthiyum  is the expression of Ramalingaswamigal himself. So let us retain it as it is.

meiyyAna is 'which is in the form of meiy ' सत्यात्मकम्'   but not 'of meiy' सत्यस्य
