The ubuntu:trusty Docker image with the SageMathCell

Hi all,

we finished writing and testing a Dockerfile for SageMathCell (Sage Cell Server) Docker image.

The base Docker image: ubuntu:trusty.

SageMathCell installation based on the SageMathCell installer (https://github.com/korniichuk/sagecell).
