Hi:

A Hochschule Bremen faculty member, Prof Thomas Risse,
has a number of talks and papers using Sage, none of
which seem to be at
http://www.sagemath.org/library-publications.html
or
http://wiki.sagemath.org/Talks.
(If Hochschule means Highschool then his HS is
huge and quite advanced compared to the US.)
At his website http://www.weblearn.hs-bremen.de/risse/
(click on the "papers" link on the left), I counted 9 titles
with "Sage" in the title. One is entitled:
"SAGE -- the Ultimate Computer Algebra System?"

I wonder if at least the papers of his could be added to the Sage
publications page?

Hochschule is a kind of community college.

I looked briefly over them, most are just talks describing sage or
comparing it to matlab. I found one paper that looks like a serious
publication, though:

Minh will take care of it!

greetings Harald

Well... I would say it corresponds more closely to the US professional
degree college, except with higher academic standards. Note that this
one has already switched to the Bachelor's/Master's system - I suppose
hardly any have the Diplom anymore.

US community colleges serve a valuable role here, but most students
there would have ended up with "Mittlere Reife" in Germany, though now
that is also going the way of the dinosaur. At any rate, not
comparable to any degree-granting German institution, because their
system is (even now) rather different.
