I'm looking for a RoR developer:
Requirements:
+ 5+ years experience in software development
+ Very good knowledge in Ruby on Rails development, at least 3+ years experience
+ Writing clean and readable code
+ Able to test a in proper and structured way
Nice to have:
+ Experience in Spree Commerce

what process did you use to decide: "ok, I won't hire anyone with less than 3 years of experience in Ruby" or is not really a requirement?
