I am currently looking to source a Lead Ruby Developer for a well financed Tech start-up based in the centre of Berlin. They require a Senior or a Lead Developer to start leading a small team and to drive through development processes & efficiency.

I guess this will not be of interest to quite a few of you so I would like to offer a €500-€1000 Referral Fee for any successful job that I place a candidate in. If you have recommended a candidate to me and they get the job – you get the money.
