Hi everyone,
not job-offer related:
last week I held a (way too short) lightning talk about our salary transparency, our calculator and a tiny bit about what transparency means to us.
Afterwards I had great discussions about this topic and realized, that I should have prepared a real/longer talk since I couldn’t get into all the details about our framework and our thoughts behind it.
Anyway, thank you for your kinds words and thoughts! It means a lot, because I thought I could have done a much better job with this talk.

We are looking for senior Rails developers.
We are a small company of ~7 people and build custom software for our clients using Rails and React.
You should consider yourself at or around senior level. If you are not sure, talk to us and we figure it out together.
Experience with Rails and Ruby is necessary. If you know JavaScript and React, even better—if you don’t and can’t stand JS that’s no deal breaker though.
We do a lot with distributed services, their messaging with web hooks and friends and background jobs. So it would be kind of nice, if you know what bad things can happen there.
You probably value not being interrupted while working, and having juicy problems to think through. We value that too, and try to give you really nice environment to work on these problems.
We are no start-up, but a grown-up business. This means a regular 8-hour workday, weekends off an so on.
Almost all of us have little kids, so we know have life happens and plan things together with you so your work doesn’t interfere with what’s important.
Alright, I want to keep this as short as possible.
