My name is Max from alphacoders in Hamburg. 

I was told you guys are pretty familiar with Ruby and Rails ;)

Well, I have two clients in Hamburg offering opportunities for excellent Ruby developers including exciting projects in order to reach the next level as a team. In the course of an internationalization and expansion we are looking for a reinforcement, namely you, experienced Ruby Developers (m/f)!

Our first client, a young and emerging start-up, operates in the context of the organization of carpooling in European cities such as Budapest, Prague, Warsaw or Istanbul. As he recently received funding he now wants to improve his existing product in order to launch his service in 20 new countries within the next five years.

Our second client is one of the most innovative and successful online shops in Germany. He was able to catch an office in an old store with loft character in Hamburg's HafenCity. The company is characterized by advanced technologies and a very pleasant working environment.

Both position include the development and implementation of new features. You are entrusted with a lot of responsibility combining the opportunity for self-realization and individual organization of projects, thanks to flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.

​I think the general consensus is that we prefer to call people "folks", "people", "you", "you lot", and so on around here. "Guys" is a bit excluding in the technology context. Would be lovely if you could comply.
