Gitlab released. A similar to github application but for your servers
with private repositories only.
If you want to store & manage projects on your own hosts - it will be
a good solution

This looks very promising. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this and contributing. Demo broken at the moment? Getting a 500 error here.
