'libapache2-mod-passenger' was not found

I can't seem to find the right version.  Here is the error

I am using rubber version (2.16.0)

I've also tried

1:5.0.2-1~precise1 which fails similarly. I got this from the

I finally got it to work by obtaining the version from the trusty directory.

Hi Derrick,
 
Passenger has this very annoying behavior of removing packages from their index as soon as a new version is released.  We should probably update Rubber to fetch the package and manually install via dpkg.  In the meanwhile, if you're okay running the newer version, just update the version number in you config/rubber/rubber-passenger.yml.
