Suggestion: do NOT put possibly changing information in the SUBJECT LINE of a mailing list email.

GOOD: Rockville 16 Jan 2020

BAD: NO GAME

That way we don't get emails that say:

Rockville: NO GAME

GAME ON!!

Also, you may have to occasionally edit a subject line so it makes sense.

You don't want to be known as "that person" who abuses the subject line.
