Locate the following line in RadEditor.aspx :

<rade:radeditor id="editor" Runat"server" Skin="Skin" ToolsWidth="100%"></rade:radeditor>

Modify the following line with :

<rade:radeditor id="editor" Runat"server" Skin="Skin" ToolsWidth="100%" AllowScripts="true"></rade:radeditor>
