WSM RQL Web Services which one should be used?

On WSM 11 it there are two web services for RQL:

http://wsm/CMS/WebService/RQLWebService.svc

http://wsm/CMS/Navigation/Services/RQLService.asmx

Is there a difference between the web services and which one should be used for new developments?

http://wsm/CMS/Navigation/Services/RQLService.asmx used by the system and not official.

http://wsm/CMS/WebService/RQLWebService.svc is officially open for integrations.
