What version are you using? Are you editing direct or with Edit via Form?

We have had exactly the same problem for a while (v9) - not had a chance yet to test it in v10. Our only workaround was to get people to temporarily switch text editors...

I'd look at patches for v9 on KC to see if it isn't a corrected issue with a later version. This isn't a common issue I've heard so perhaps its corrected in a different version.
