HTTP 410 Error when using Invisible Recaptcha

Hi,

I'm using invisible recaptcha and recently I've noticed that sometimes after submit the /payload endpoint returns a HTTP 410 Gone which freezes the interface. After some googling I found https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44171177/invisible-google-recaptcha-returns-410-when-verifying-users-input but it doesn't provide a solution. 

Did anyone observed this behaviour and maybe know how to fix it?

Has anyone discovered something about this error? Or does anyone knows how to capture it or detect it using javascript?
