TBX-8 Transceiver

Up for sale is this TBX-8 transceiver with lid. This radio has not been
fired up for a long time. This is one of the Navajo code talker type units.
I was going to restore for a backpack unit but I got a FT-817ND. There are
no mods to this unit that I can see. Look at the pictures. If you need more

Eimac 4CX1000A tube. I have 3 left over, when I was running a Collins 30S-1
amp. Which I have long sold.

These were spares. Full tested on the 30S-1, provides full output. These
were bought new, and are not pulls

An economical replacement for the Collins 30S-1 or as a spare for that new
ALPHA 8410 or ACORN amplifier.

This mic is in New Condition as it has never been used or modified.

It also fits the Icom IC-706 (all models) but not all functions or keys
operate as the radio is not capable of. Touch Tones do work. May fit
others ( I don't know).
