I think we are looking for a more authoritative answer there Mr. Dragon

Or at least an answer that gives some idea of the reasoning used.

question... its good for honing one's VTES tourney judging skills.

That'd be nice, but I think we're clear from the other thread on the
reasoning behind either interpretation. A simple official yes or no will
lead us logically to our own conclusions...
