Equip with Soul Gem. (4 blood)

Play Freak Drive. (4-1=3 blood)

Play Waters of Duat. (3-1=2 blood)

Play Force of Will at inferior for +1 bleed (2-1=1 blood)
+2 aggravated damage

Play Fata Morgana for +1 bleed and +1 stealth (1-1=0 blood)

Play Daring the Dawn at inferior to be unblockable by vampires
+2 aggravated damage

Reincarnate with the Soul Gem.

Repeat.

Occasionally use Scrounging to replace the excess Soul Gems in hand
with better cards.

Notice that since Mata Hari is Red List, you will not get a second
turbo turn, unless the Waters can successfully diablerize Mata while
she is in torpor from all of the Red List rushes.

What about Antediluvian Awakening to burn Mata Hari with as an
emergency tool?

This is a good plan in a high percentage of turbo decks.
Vulnerability can be a useful fall back plan as well, nothing worse
than being in torpor with no blood and no way of exploding.
