[LSJ] Enkidu and equip actions

actually prohibit him from performing equip actions.
so i was wondering and hoping to get a clarification for the following
questions:
1.) can he still equip and use loquipment cards like Palatial Estate? (i
think so)
2.) if he's still allowed to perform equip actions even though he can't use
or have this equipment, what happens to it? (i guess it's just burned...)

Yes, since having that location is not prohibited.

He cannot equip with something he is prohibited from having.
