So, here is my collected question about Eagle's Sight:
Player A, B, C, D playing the game. Player A bleed Player B without
any stealth.
- Can Player C play Eagle's Sight in superior (just for card cycling)
BEFORE player B decide he/she is blocking or not?
- Can player C to play Eagle's Sight in superior (just for card
cycling) AFTER player B decide he/she is blocking?
- Can player C to play Eagle's Sight in superior (just for card
cycling) AFTER player B decide he/she is NOT blocking?
It was easy.
- Can player B block with superior ES (just for card cycling) the
bleed?
- After player A play +1 stealth and B play +1 intercept can player B
block with superior ES (just for card cycling) the bleed?
- After block is declared and player A play a Daring the Dawn can
player B play ES for cycling?
- In this case has right player C to play ES at superior?
Is there any case what I forget?

No. It's a directed action, so target player (B) decides first. Then
it goes clockwise around the table. C MUST attempt to block:
Eagle's Sight [Jyhad:U, VTES:U, CE:U, BH:PM3, LoB:PO2, Third:PTz2]
Cardtype: Reaction
Discipline: Auspex
[aus] This reacting vampire gets +1 intercept.
[AUS] This reacting vampire attempts to block the current action,
ignoring the normal prey, predator or target restrictions for blocking
actions.

Yes, but only if B declines or fails to block.

Yes.

Yes.

No, player B has already blocked.

> player B play ES for cycling?
No, at this point, Vampires cannot block this action, which I would
think means they cannot even attempt.
Daring the Dawn [Sabbat:R, SW:R/PV, FN:PR, LoB:PI, Third:R]
Cardtype: Action Modifier
Discipline: Fortitude
[for] Vampires cannot block this action. The acting vampire takes 2
unpreventable aggravated damage after the action resolves.
[FOR] As above, but the acting vampire takes 1 unpreventable aggravated
damage.

Again, no, for the same reason.
Wait for LSJ's reply to this one, I'm usually wrong on rules issues.

Thought it would be good to include all rulings regarding Eagle's Sight:
Eagle's Sight:
# Only affects the rule restricting who gets to block an action. The
vampire must still meet all other requirements to block (intercept,
etc.) In particular, Blood Bond, Day Operation, and Seduction are not
circumvented. [RTR 19950413]
# Can be used to overcome the restrictions on blocking (allowing a
non-target Methuselah to block a directed action or a non-adjacent
Methuselah to block an undirected action). It won't overcome any other
restrictions on blocking (like stealth, Seduction, Day Operation, or a
prior "I don't block" decision). [RTR 20020501]

No.

Not until after B declines to block.
> - Can player C to play Eagle's Sight in superior (just for card
> cycling) AFTER player B decide he/she is NOT blocking?
Yes. It isn't cycling. It requires a block attempt.

No, since e cannot block.

No, since e cannot block.
