Wolfpack Hvy Summer Fever 2013 starting early

We're happy to announce Wolfpack Hvy Summer Fever 2013, part of a series
of recurring, informal games.

Wolfpack Fever games are a peculiar hybrid of blitz and long term game.
Like blitzes, they're informal, and reset periodically. But they're
paced like fast-moving long term games.

A well-run thematic game is of course a much more satisfying experience,
but when none is available, you can still enjoy a Wolfpack Fever.

At this time, no registration is required. Grab a country and go.

Wolfpack Fever games run year-round, back-to-back. Deviating from the
planned schedule, Hvy Summer Fever 2013 starts one month early, and runs
for two months on a more relaxed update schedule. Like all Hvy Fever
games, it uses simplified Hvy Metal rules with a shotgun start.

Countries 1-8 with passwords 1-8

Breaking sanctuary constitutes a promise to play the game. Using more
than one country is strictly prohibited.

I SAW someone said ptpei2 was up and I tried to install but apparently python 3.3 does
not have the make app applet to drag empire.py to make the applet.
any one know how to make an app on the python launcher that comes with python 3.3 as right now
I can't find a desription when I search about it on line.

update: intstall 2.7 python, it comes with build applet tool in the app subfolder. BUT
when I build the app, I get an empire icon on the desktop AND it double clicks
but nothing happens, Me thinks the path to tcl/tk or some graphics side is bad.
I believe it is pythonw that is called.

any help?
