From the usecode file - talk to Julia the Ranger:

"Our city is ruled by Shamino the Anarch, a most powerful wizard."
"He is a great improvement over our previous MageLord, who was indolent and
deceitful. I am glad that Shamino rules."

Is it possible in the game to talk to Julia after the release of Banes? Is
she still
alive?
Also - is it possible to discuss Celennia aka Selina with Julia? The usecode
contains it.

julia is dead after the banes come. i think she lies either outside the
tavern or outside the winery. either way i hated that bitch for not giving
up the map of britannia...

So, talking to Julia on Shamino the Anarch is a REALLY a cut off plot.
Why do you need Britannia map in SI?

you dont, but its one of the things you start with b4 the lightning storm.

also, you may be actually able to talk to julia after the cataclysm but you
need to cheat to do it. i remember there being a house in the ethereal
void that contained many people that are also in the game. i think one of em
was julia... if i recall correctly, the house is located west of the map of
si when you cheat-teleport. teleporting to a non-defined space in the game
is almost a sure way to crash it though...

No. You will be able to find a dead body of Julia there - not more.
The conversations in usecode are:
- Julia is glad that Shamino the Anarch is a better lord than Filbercio was.
- she tells Avatar to be careful - not to cause Shamino's wrath
- she can check whether Avatar has a Shamino's certificate to commit crimes.
- when Avatar tries to steal in Moonshade, he is caught by the ranger -
"Cease
and desist immediately, ruffian! Will you go willingly?". After the release
of the
Banes, the answers are "yes/no/certificate". The ranger will let you go if
you will
answer "certificate".

Can one see all of this in a real game?

after she dies, you _may_ be able to talk to her. but you have to cheat to
do it and you have to find her in a place you cant to usually get to (not
even claw). do you know what im taking about?

Yes. You also will need to switch Dead flag off for her in a cheat mode.
BTW - this can lead to several corpses of the same character!
I have a fun fighting Rotoluncia in this way - kill her, then:
1:
- Teleport to NPC 31
- put her in the backpack & return to the love palace's basement
- take her out of the backpack & set Dead to N
- kill her once more
- goto 1
:-)))
You'll have a lot of corpses.
