Strange picture in SI faces.vga file

I was playing around with Michael Pohoreski's Shapes viewing program
and I noticed that picture 297 (of 324) of the faces.vga file in
Serpent Isle is a strange little pic flipping the 'bird'. Does anyone
know how to see it in the game?

Also, what is the location of Dr. Cat's Isle in Serpent Isle?
