Chess Laboratories and Zarkov

If Chess Laboratories doesn't exist anymore, who is continuing the
development of Zarkov? I wouldn't mind upgrading from Zarkov 2.6 to 3.0 but
not if this is the last version that will ever exist! Also, what happened to
Chess Laboratories?

Chess Laboratories was Primarily Hal Bogner; a convolution of
his work and my money. We had to close up the office when Hal went
to Electronic Arts, as I could not run the office myself, and we
couldn't afford to hire a staff to do so. It was an interesting
experience; I have no sense for business myself.
At the moment, Chess Laboratories is not operating, though it
still "exists" on paper. Whether or not it will operate again I can't
say (Ask Hal), but don't hold your breath. John Stanback, who wrote
Zarkov (our "flagship" product) has already posted on how to get Zarkov,
