Perhaps Gary was inspired by our recent book by GM Dragan Barlov
("White is Better! 1.e4") which recommends the Evans Gambit as
the main line.
We can't say for sure where Gary gets his ideas. ;]
For $29 you can read GM Barlov's book-on-disk with the free
viewer available from CompuServe or caissa.onenet.net as
B8VIEW.EXE or with any copy of BOOKUP 8.x. ("White is Better!"
series is recommended for class B and up.)
I can't promise you'll be crushing Anand in 25 moves but you
will love the edge you'll get from this book -- or I give you
your money back.
