Having just received Genius 4 this morning, I can confirm that
Genius 4 is a Windows program. Sadly it's not a Win32 program, so will
not run at its best potential under Windows 95 or Windows NT; it may have
been better to make it Win32 and then supply Win32S to allow it to run
under Windows 3.1... but then I guess the OS/2 folks wouldn't be able to
play.

Anyway the look and feel is an improvement and the program has
many more features. As for the strength increase/decrease... time will
tell.
