Problem is, I think Brisco was often getting even worse ratings?
But it's interesting that a new episode of M.A.N.T.I.S. is beat in the ratings
by an X-Files rerun.

Bad timeslot...this show might actually do okay if they moved it to a better
timeslot...not sure when though...giving it M.A.N.T.I.S.'s slot would be

One explanation might be that there is nothing on against it. In reviewing
the up-coming new shows, there still isn't. I don't think the local
fans of B5 or KF watch this stuff. New shows seem to be concentrated on
Thursday and Friday nights. I am grateful for the NBC comedy line-up on
Tuesday night. It looks like one of my VCRs will be idle this year.
I agree this is a boring, lack-lustre show.

Good point...I'm comparing ratings from Brisco's later episodes to MANTIS's
first episodes...
I don't think MANTIS will survive a season. But hey, this is FOX, so maybe.
I'd love to see Brisco back on the air, but it probably won't happen.

Actually, if you compare the numbers for "MANTIS" to what "Brisco
County" got in September 1993, you would see that ABCjr scored higher.
