It'll be the first time in history that a billionaire moved into

As opposed to a woman who doesn't care about anything but power, whom with her husband sold the U.S. out to anyone who paid.

Yes he will. You're relying on faulty polling data.
Polling just Clinton and Trump has HC at 46% and DT at 41%
Now include Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson and Green Party
candidate Jill Stein both of whom will be on the November ballot
and the numbers are now HC 39% DT 38%, Johnson 10% and
Stein 6%

Trump and Clinton are neck and neck.

Trump is not going to win. Enough people will come to their senses.

If the choice were only between Clinton and Trump, then no, voting for
Clinton is the sensible thing to do.

You're as bad as poor dumb Harold. Both of you are agitated over an
imaginary Hillary Clinton who only exists in your fetid imaginations.

I'm not a Clinton fan. I'm a realist.

Then get real. I'm not a fan of either Trump or Hiliary. The Republicans
will keep control of the House, and probably the Senate as well. That
means a vote for Hiliary is a vote for gridlock, and Trump isn't going
to get a Congress that will lick his boots either. Except the next
President is going to change the makeup of the Supreme Court for the
next 20 years. The last person I want doing that is Hiliary.
Personally, I live in a state that definitely won't be for Hiliary.
That means I can use my vote to send a message. I'll probably do one of
these (in no particular order of preference):
Vote for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson
Write-in vote for Ted Cruz
Write-in vote for "None of the Above"

Wow.

A woman who hasn't accomplished ANYTHING in her Senatorial terms.

A woman who let our embassy in Benghazi be overrun and burned..

A woman who lied at graveside to the parents of the dead Benghazi
heroes, blaming it on a youtube video, then called THEM liars when they
reported what she said to the press.

A woman who spearheaded the foreign policy that created us ISIS.

A woman who helped cut the worst deal with Iran in history.

Do you simply prefer mendacious incompetence, or is her zeal to
literally ruin this nation more attractive to you?

Not really. I think this is obvious.

You irrational Clinton haters hate them (Bill and Hillary both) for
entirely irrational reasons having nothing to do with how he governed or
how she would govern. The country prospered when Bill Clinton was
president. It's not because of anything he "did", but the fact remains
that prosperity was high and he didn't do anything to wreck it. There
are no guarantees about Hillary Clinton, but she is similar to Bill
Clinton in outlook and temperament. She is not the radical leftists you
fuckwits like to pretend. You're just a billion miles off the mark.

That's not clear at all. Trump could well cause them to lose one or both.

> That means a vote for Hiliary is a vote for gridlock,

As a libertarian, I am quite happy with gridlock. When government acts,
it is almost never to make an improvement; it almost always makes things
worse. Better to have gridlock and prevent action. It's kind of a
"second best" libertarian solution.

YOU are a moron.

http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-created-isis-obama-2016-1

Trump cited his past calls for the US to bomb the oil assets of the
Islamic State group, also known as ISIS.

"I've predicted a lot of things, you have to say, including, 'Get the
oil, take the oil, keep the oil.' Right? I've been saying that for three
years, and everybody said, 'Oh, I can't do that. I mean, this is a
sovereign country.' There is no country!" Trump exclaimed.

He then blamed US President Barack Obama and his former secretary of
state, Hillary Clinton, for the Islamic State's rise.

"They have a bunch of dishonest people," he continued. "They've created
ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama - created with Obama. But
I love predicting because you know, ultimately, you need somebody with
vision."

The next morning on "Fox & Friends," Trump repeated his statement that
Clinton "created ISIS."

"She has a terrible record as secretary of state. I mean, she's
literally created ISIS," Trump said. "If you look at her, between her
and Obama, they're the ones - we have this big ISIS problem they created
with their bad policies and their bad thinking."

And you think voting for Trump is?

He's a one man wrecking machine who declared Chapter 11 4 times, and is
on trial for swindling people with his "university".

He's lost the hispanic vote, the woman's vote, the black vote, the
jewish vote, the asian vote, the native american vote, the gay vote,
the muslim vote, and both the pro, AND the anti-abortion votes.

So, who's left? I mean, besides the cheeto-faced vote...

So... nothing but bullshit.

Anybody who has taken a single look at ISIS will see that the members
of ISIS were the former members of the Iraqi army that was disbanded by
George W. Bush.

That's a fact. It was Bush's shortsightedness that is to blame for
ISIS. Not Hillary Clinton.

It is a massive tax fraud money laundering scheme run through Canada,
you oat-brained halfwit!

http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/clinton-foundation-refiles-taxes-after-charges-it-ran-a-slush-fund/

The Clinton Foundation has amended four years of tax forms due to
"errors" in reporting foreign-government donations. A routine move?
Hardly. It's more like another attempt to clean up Hillary Clinton's past.

The foundation, of course, styled it as mere accounting formality, a
bookkeeping adjustment to make sure all the niceties of U.S. tax law
have been met. Nothing to see here.

"There is no change in our bottom-line numbers: assets, liabilities and
net assets," said Foundation President Donna Shalala, after refiling
taxes for the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. "There is nothing to
suggest that the Foundation intended to conceal the receipt of
government grants, which we report on our website."

Nothing? How about this: For years, the foundation used a charitable
shell in Canada for the purpose of bundling donations from foreign
nations and politicians.

That charity, taking advantage of Canada's strict privacy laws, then
gave the foreign donations to the U.S.-based Clinton Foundation as one
big bundle. Just another major donation to a worthy cause.

But who gave to the Canadian charity? More than 1,000 foreign leaders,
national governments and others with reasons to curry favor with former
President Bill and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Clinton Foundation claims it only "inadvertently" bundled the
foreign donations. It also says it mistakenly counted money received for
speeches by the Clintons as "donations" rather than as revenue.

All told, some $20 million in gifts were "amended" by the foundation's
refilings. It was also revealed that the foundation raised almost $178
million in 2014, while Hillary was still employed by the foundation.

The media have tried to play all this off as some kind of "he said, she
said," political duel between the Democratic front-runner and
Republicans. "Republicans have sought to draw attention to the
(foundation's) spending, calling it a 'slush fund' for the Clintons and
arguing that donations received from foreign entities were given to
curry favor with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state," The
Hill noted in its coverage.

Actually, "slush fund" may be too kind. It's no coincidence that the
years of "voluntary" tax refilings coincide with Clinton's years at
State. Or that some of the 30,000 emails erased from her private email
server might have held communications with foreign donors to the
foundation — a clear violation of the law.

As we wrote last week in our Capital Hill blog, this has the "potential
to be the Mother of all Clinton Scandals." The FBI already is
investigating, which raises the question: Is the refiling just a gambit
for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to appear as if she and the
family foundation are operating within the law?

To its credit, the Washington Post reported in February that foreign
governments gave millions to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary headed
the State Department. They included Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Australia,
Norway and the Dominican Republic.

That seemed impossible, since an agreement in 2008 that the foundation
signed with the U.S. government had supposedly limited its
foreign-government gifts.

But, in fact, it "did not prohibit foreign countries with interests
before the U.S. government from giving money to the charity closely
linked to the secretary of state," the Post wrote.

In short, it was a sham — one that appears to have enriched the Clinton
clan to the tune of millions of dollars, while posing the foundation as
a legitimate charity.

If Hillary someday becomes president, she'll pick up right where her
husband left off — with a cloud of scandal over her head.

Try reality:

http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/06/14/hillary-clinton-received-secret-memo-stating-obama-admin-support-for-isis/

WASHINGTON, DC — Hillary Clinton received a classified intelligence
report stating that the Obama administration was actively supporting Al
Qaeda in Iraq, the terrorist group that became the Islamic State.
The memo made clear that Al Qaeda in Iraq was speaking through Muhammad
Al Adnani, who is now the senior spokesman for the Islamic State, also
known as ISIS. Western and Gulf states were supporting the terrorist
group to try to overthrow Syrian dictator Bashar al Assad, who was being
propped up by the Russians, Iranians, and Chinese.

In August 2012, a “SECRET” classified memo was sent to various top Obama
administration officials and agencies, including to the State Department
and to Clinton’s office personally.

“The document is an IAR, an intelligence information report,” said
Christopher J. Farrell, who serves on the board of directors of Judicial
Watch, which obtained the document. “It is produced by somebody within
the Defense intelligence agency (DIA). It is reporting from the field by
an intelligence agent” who could be a U.S. government agent, a defense
attaché, or a source.

“It’s a report from the field back to headquarters with some
intelligence that somebody is willing to bet their career on,” Farrell said.

Farrell confirmed that the report was sent to Clinton’s office, based on
the recipient marking “RUEHC/SECSTATE WASHINGTON DC.”

The report identifies Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) as being one of the
principal elements of the Syrian opposition, which the West was choosing
to “support.”

THE GENERAL SITUATION:

A. INTERNALLY, EVENTS ARE TAKING A CLEAR SECTARIAN DIRECTION.

B. THE SALAFIST, THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, AND AQI ARE THE MAJOR FORCES
DRIVING THE INSURGENCY IN SYRIA.

C. THE WEST, GULF COUNTRIES, AND TURKEY SUPPORT THE OPPOSITION; WHILE
RUSSIA, CHINA, AND IRAN SUPPORT THE REGIME.

The intelligence report contains an extensive backgrounder on AQI and
its methods and capabilities, noting that AQI was speaking through the
spokesman of the Islamic State of Iraq Muhammad Al Adnani.

Al Adnani is now the chief spokesman for the current version of the
Islamic State, also known as ISIS.

According to the report:

AL QAEDA – IRAQ (AQI):

A. AQI IS FAMILIAR WITH SYRIA. AQI TRAINED IN SYRIA AND THEN INFILTRATED
INTO IRAQ.

B. AQI SUPPORTED THE SYRIAN OPPOSITION FROM THE BEGINNING, BOTH
IDEOLOGICALLY AND THROUGH THE MEDIA. AQI DECLARED ITS OPPOSITION OF
ASSAD’S GOVERNMENT BECAUSE IT CONSIDERED IT A SECTARIAN REGIME TARGETING
SUNNIS.

C. AQI CONDUCTED A NUMBER OF OPERATIONS IN SEVERAL SYRIAN CITIES UNDER
THE NAME OF JAISH AL NUSRA (VICTORIOUS ARMY), ONE OF ITS AFFILIATES.

D. AQI, THROUGH THE SPOKESMAN OF THE ISLAMIC STATE OF IRAQ (ISI) ABU
MUHAMMAD AL ADNANI, DECLARED THE SYRIAN REGIME AS THE SPEARHEAD OF WHAT
HE IS NAMING JIBHA AL RUWAFDH (FOREFRONT OF THE SHIITES) BECAUSE OF ITS
(THE SYRIAN REGIME) DECLARATION OF WAR ON THE SUNNIS. ADDITIONALLY, HE
IS CALLING ON THE SUNNIS IN IRAQ, ESPECIALLY THE TRIBES IN THE BORDER
REGIONS (BETWEEN IRAQ AND SYRIA), TO WAGE WAR AGAINST THE SYRIAN REGIME,
REGARDING SYRIA AS AN INFIDEL REGIME FOR ITS SUPPORT TO THE INFIDEL
PARTY HEZBOLLAH, AND OTHER REGIMES HE CONSIDERS DISSENTERS LIKE IRAN AND
IRAQ.

E. AQI CONSIDERS THE SUNNI ISSUE IN IRAQ TO BE FATEFULLY CONNECTED TO
THE SUNNI ARABS AND MUSLIMS.

The intelligence report also predicts the rise of a broad “Islamic
State” forming from segments of Al Adnani’s group:

THIS CREATES THE IDEAL ATMOSPHERE FOR AQI TO RETURN TO ITS OLD POCKETS
IN MOSUL AND RAMADI, AND WILL PROVIDE A RENEWED MOMENTUM UNDER THE
PRESUMPTION OF UNIFYING THE JIHAD AMONG SUNNI IRAQ AND SYRIA, AND THE
REST OF THE SUNNIS IN THE ARAB WORLD AGAINST WHAT IT CONSIDERS ONE
ENEMY, THE DISSENTERS. ISI COULD ALSO DECLARE AN ISLAMIC STATE THROUGH
ITS UNION WITH OTHER TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS IN IRAQ AND SYRIA, WHICH
WILL CREATE GRAVE DANGER IN REGARDS TO UNIFYING IRAQ AND THE PROTECTION
OF ITS TERRITORY.

“AQI HAD MAJOR POCKETS AND BASES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BORDER TO
FACILITATE THE FLOW OF MATERIEL AND RECRUITS,” the report states.

“THERE WAS A REGRESSION OF AQI IN THE WESTERN PROVINCES OF IRAQ DURING
THE YEARS OF 2009 AND 2010; HOWEVER, AFTER THE RISE OF THE INSURGENCY IN
SYRIA, THE RELIGIOUS AND TRIBAL POWERS IN THE REGIONS BEGAN TO
SYMPATHIZE WITH THE SECTARIAN UPRISING. THIS (SYMPATHY) APPEARED IN
FRIDAY PRAYER SERMONS, WHICH CALLED FOR VOLUNTEERS TO SUPPORT THE
SUNNI’S IN SYRIA,” the report continues.

“IN PREVIOUS YEARS A MAJORITY OF AQI FIGHTERS ENTERED IRAQ PRIMARILY VIA
THE SYRIAN BORDER.”

Al Adnani was named by the State Department as a “Specially Designated
Global Terrorist” in 2014.

The Clinton campaign did not immediately return a request for comment on
this report.

company owns, operates, invests, and develops residential real estate,
hotels, resorts, residential towers, and golf courses in different
countries, as well as owning several hundred thousand square feet of
prime Manhattan real estate. It lists involvement in 515 subsidiaries
and entities with 264 of them bearing Trump's name and another 54
including his initials. With investments within the United States and
globally, The Trump Organization spans a wide variety of industries
including real estate, construction, hospitality, entertainment, book
and magazine publishing, media, model management, retail, financial
services, board game development, food and beverages, business
education, online travel, airlines, helicopter air services and beauty

fashion apparel, home furnishings, jewelry and accessories, books,

Guess how we do that, and we DO have the tools:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_and_Nationality_Act_of_1952

The Act abolished racial restrictions found in United States immigration
and naturalization statutes going back to the Naturalization Act of
1790, which had limited naturalization to immigrants who were "free
white persons, of good moral character." The 1952 Act retained a quota
system for nationalities and regions. Eventually, the Act established a
preference system which determined which ethnic groups were desirable
immigrants and placed great importance on labor qualifications.

The Act defined three types of immigrants: immigrants with special
skills or relatives of U.S. citizens who were exempt from quotas and who
were to be admitted without restrictions; average immigrants whose
numbers were not supposed to exceed 270,000 per year; and refugees.

The Act allowed the government to deport immigrants or naturalized
citizens engaged in subversive activities and also allowed the barring
of suspected subversives from entering the country. It was used to bar
members and former members and "fellow travelers" of the Communist Party
from entry into the United States, even those who had not been
associated with the party for decades.

It expanded the definition of the "United States" for nationality
purposes, which already included Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands to
add Guam. Persons born in these territories on or after December 24,
1952 acquire U.S. citizenship at birth on the same terms as persons born
in other parts of the United States.[5]

A 1962 guideline explained procedures under the Act:[6]

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 requires an alien to apply
for a petition for naturalization. This form may be obtained from any
office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, a division of the
Department of Justice, or from any court authorized to naturalize aliens.

Before applying, an alien must be at least 18 years old and must have
been lawfully admitted to live permanently in the United States. He must
have lived in the United States for five years and for the last six
months in the state where he seeks to be naturalized. In some cases, he
need only have lived three years in the United States. He must be of
good moral character and "attached to the principles of the
Constitution". The law states that an alien is not of good moral
character if he is a drunkard, has committed adultery, has more than one
wife, makes his living by gambling, has lied to the Immigration and
Naturalization Service, has been in jail more than 180 days for any
reason during his five years in the United States, or is a convicted
murderer.

1952 Immigration and Nationality Act, a.k.a. the McCarran-Walter Act (An
act to revise the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and
nationality; and for other purposes)

H.R. 13342; Pub.L. 414; 182 Stat. 66.

82nd Congress; June 27, 1952.

You can find the full text of this law here or download the PDF.

SUMMARY

Otherwise known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and
Nationality Act of 1952 was meant to exclude certain immigrants from
immigrating to America, post World War II and in the early Cold War. The
McCarran-Walter Act moved away from excluding immigrants based simply
upon country of origin. Instead it focused upon denying immigrants who
were unlawful, immoral, diseased in any way, politically radical etc.
and accepting those who were willing and able to assimilate into the US
economic, social, and political structures, which restructured how
immigration law was handled. Furthermore, the most notable exclusions
were anyone even remotely associated with communism which in the early
days of the Cold War was seen as a serious threat to US democracy. The
main objective of this was to block any spread of communism from outside
post WWII countries, as well as deny any enemies of the US during WWII
such as Japan and favor “good Asian” countries such as China. The
McCarran-Walter Act was a strong reinforcement in immigration selection,
which was labeled the best way to preserve national security and
national interests. President Truman originally vetoed the law, deeming
it discriminatory; however there was enough support in Congress for the
law to pass.

U S CODE, TITLE 18, SECTION 2071

Word for word from the Cornell Law Library

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that
not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it
"disqualifies" her from holding any federal office.

Such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically points
to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory,
here's what it says:

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates,
obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so
takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper,
document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer
of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any
judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under
this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map,
book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully
conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the
same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three
years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from
holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection,
the term "office" does not include the office held by any person as a
retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified
from holding any office under the United States."

"Willfully and unlawfully..." UNLAWFULLY.

What law was broken? Be specific, now... it's part of what you need to
be, when accusing someone of a crime.

To wit: There has to be an actual law broken, before a crime has been
committed. On the books...

A lot of very angry Americans -- too many to write off as a bunch of
haters. Trump is in freefall right now, but it ain't over till it's
over. Hillary won't inspire a big turnout. Fear of Trump will energize
quite a few, but it's also possible for Trump to mobilize a good turnout
for him among those who normally don't vote because they think it's
hopeless. I doesn't matter how many times we think it's over for him, or
how far he falls in the polls because he could actually turn this around
on a dime at any moment.

No, but voting for Donald is.
