THE OFFICIAL R.A.C. AWARDS REGULATIONS

First the rules, then the "ballot"! The poll has begun!

NOTE: This is a revised rules posting. There is only about one
week left for this poll. The ballot will only be posted two more
times max. I was not responsible for any promised Year-In-Reviews
or any other polls during the time this poll has been running.

1- The R.A.C. Awards officially began when the official
ballot was posted at midnight the night of December 14.

2- The categories are in the ballot. Reply to the sender or prepare
your ballot as per rule #3.

3- Each voter will be allowed TWO unranked votes in each category
(so don't worry if you just cannot make up your mind). There will
be one exception to this -- the category of Favorite R.A.C. Poster.
For that category, each voter will be permitted THREE unranked votes.

4- All votes should be serious. (If you want to tell me that
Speedball is your favorite character, please mean it!)

5- Once you have sent me a ballot, please do not send another.

6- The address the ballots will be sent from will be
mcca...@pecan.cns.udel.edu
By replying to the ballot post, you WILL NOT send it to the proper address.
Most likely, your ballot will bounce back to you. Please mail to the
address above.
All questions and requests for copies of these rules or
the ballot should be sent to this address as well.

7- The ballot will be posted once a week for every week that the
poll runs.

8- The poll will end on midnight February 15 (Eastern Standard
Time). No ballots will be excepted after this!

9- Hopefully, the results will be posted on February 17, 1992.

10- I suspect there will be no more Year-In-Reviews other than the
few lists that we have seen. I do not advise delaying voting for
them any longer.

11- Tom Galloway is currently conducting "the Alternative Squiddies"
which are composed of "more frivolous categories" and have the same
deadline as the R.A.C. Awards (Official Squiddies). Watch for posts
from him on this subject.
