I've divided the FAQ into four parts, the first part being the index, and the
actual FAQ (without the index) into sections one, two, and three. They are
thusly marked in the Mokuji, hopefully making things a bit easier.

I await any suggestions for me to separate the sections of the FAQ better...
and hopefully they can all make it to the newsgroup okay.
