After Christmas, New Years.
This episode is not based on the manga.
The episode opens with Santa checking up on things.
Then they do the Temple Visit thing. The suit guy
introduces himself. Enter Makoto, dressed in an
athletic suit top and panties. Cue drinking party.
The residents learn that they will be getting a new
manager, who is scheduled to arrive in episode 3.
The departing manager is getting rid of stuff she won't
be taking with her, and Choco scores some of it.

Despite Choco doing the naked apron bit in the OP,
they don't have her do it in the episode. In the ED,
Choco is still brushing her teeth wrong.
What makes Chocotto Sister different from other anime?
Adult supervision of children. Parenting seems to have
gone out of style after EVA.
