Last weekend before a very beautiful loop ride along some coastal mountains, I was getting my bike in order. I was tightening my bar-end shifters (which had come loose). As I was taking off the levers to reach the expansion bolt,  The right shifter "blew-up" or I was just clumsy and knocked them loose. Long story short the spring and lock power ratcheting mechanism on my right Silver Shifter (photo attached) fell out somewhere in my garage/makeshift bike shop. I have ripped my garage apart looking for the small parts but to no avail, and alas I come asking for any advice or if someone is willing to sell just the right shifter or a pair.

Also, attached is a screenshot from Riv showing what the mechanism should look like if you are not an idiot and take apart the part you are not supposed to take apart.

Let me know if you can help!

Thanks,
Ethan

P.S. I still did the ride but with an malfunctioning shifter...here is the ride for anyone interested: http://bestrides.org/half-moon-bay-loop/

I have a pair that I don't need. Make me a reasonable offer and they're yours.

Any side, L or R, with corresponding pod will work on either sode of bar. Some like to use on the "wrong" sides. You can tighten the Dring easier while riding that way.
