Looks like Riv managed to scrounge up a few more Bullmoose bars, from the colored/unpainted run....

http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/hb4ws.htm

No procrastination this time, I ordered a pair (200mm, unpainted) as soon as I saw they were up!

Nice find, Jeremy.  I did a similar thing.  The SlickerSack had disappeared off the "Sale" list before I could pull the trigger.  I was filled with regret that I didn't act quickly enough.  I've got a Platrack and use it a lot.  Having no Slickersack forever just seemed like a wasted chance.  Then yesterday, I noticed the SlickerSack back up there on the closeouts page, in Olive!  I hit the Buy button almost immediately.

I LOVE mine -- use it all the time on my QB for commuting.

Pudge, I'm tempted to go buy a MacBook Air just to fit in my SlickerSack!  How's that for priorities?!

Haven't used the 'sack yet but put the Platrack to good use last weekend on a run to the local bakery.
Needing to transport a cake box, I'm lucky I actually remembered I had just received my rack'n'sack from the sale!

I guess I was very lucky that for some unforseen stroke of luck and mixups, I ended up with enough Bullmoose bars for all my bikes (150mm) plus one 200mm spare. Just when I discovered this was the bar that I loved the most, provided me with the best fit and comfort and... RBW discontinues it...

I will be most likely giving the NewBar a try, but am not convinced it's going to be superior to the Bullmoose for me. I certainly couldnt get used to the Albatross...

Such is life... :-)

No need, it's big enough for the largest laptop I know.  (But, boy, my iPad and the Slickersack are a killer combo.)

My laptop has an extended battery that makes it extremely square in shape, and sure enough, when the slickersack arrived (in magnificent Origami-box fashion) the corners of my laptop pooch out the walls of the slickersack.  That does it!  I'm getting a new one.  I agree with you, though, anything with a nice 16:9 screen will fit perfecto.

Me... Besides Slickersack-envy, I've got the "po-boy" version on my
Platrack... zip-tied Wald basket and a rugged, nicely used paramedic
jump bag that makes the perfect man-purse... It holds everything,
including my laptop and a whole buncha other stuff.

Do you have a picture of the bar on your QB?

Wish I had a bike for those bars. Because they are an interesting design.

I was talking about the Platrack and Slickersack.  I have Noodles on my QB, not the Bullmoose.  Just in case that's what you were asking about, here's a couple of pics:

I'm running my SlickerSack now.  Love it, and I can still easily ride no handed on the Bombadil, even with it.  Furthermore, it's gone off the clearance pages, so even though my wife almost punched me for buying another bag, I feel justified

"Furthermore" would be a good name for a new handlebar. Just saying...

+1.  I really like the "Furthermore" Bar, too.  Good one, Andrew(BSWP)!

Yes Furthermore Bar sounds like a energy bar that Rivendell makes.
Agreed.
