With school back on session, the short weekends are dedicated to cramming everything that I want/need to do before the Monday starts. Seeing friends and family, doing working stuff, hanging out with friends all make priority before riding my bike for myself. It's hard to find the time to do something for yourself without feeling guilty so I learned a long time ago that as long as I got to ride my bike no matter how far or how long or even the quality riding I must and need to enjoy it because the alternative would be not riding your bike. And that wouldn't be fun.

Pictures prove that while California can get cold but it will still be clear on some days:

Yet another great set of photos Manny! It looks like you're riding out in the Marin Headlands more. Be sure to check out the Green Gulch trail if it's still open. You start it from Muir Beach at the Green Gulch Farm. It's a really great climb up to the ridge and then down Coastal Trail to Tennessee Valley Beach.
