+1 for the SQR. I've owned (and sold!) a number of them and it is a
very effective and reasonably priced device. It is limited to 10 kg,
but I daresay that the Berthoud device won't hold any more -- nor
would you want it to, with the load cantilevered out so far from the
saddle. The SQR holds the load closer in while keeping the bag off of
your legs.
