Rare Sighting in the'bay area

Something about these early All Rounders that floats my boat in any bay. Good thing it's not my size, but it's one of those Rivs I would like to have around just to look at. If someone here picks it up, we need more pics!

A very unusual sloping top tube on it. I've never seen that on a Rivendell other than the newer Sams/Bombas/Hunqs. Depending on the tire clearance, that would make an AWESOME drop-bar MTB!!! I wonder who built it. Pic of the BB is craptastic, so can't make out if anything else is on it other than the # posted by seller. With a JB paint job, it's post-Waterford build, but w/out a letters in the code, don't know the builder.
