a quick introduction

Hello.

I've been lurking for a while and a few threads have come and gone
recently that I would have liked to participate in, but it felt rude
to drop in without at least saying "hi" first. So here are a few
quick tidbits about me that may be relative to the discussion here:

I don't own a Rivendell bicycle, but I do purchase the occasional part
or bauble from Grant and Co.

I purchased the Nook copy of "Just Ride" the day it was made available
and have read it several times. I also convinced our local library to
order it in.

S240 is the best thing ever.

Welcome to the group! I, too, started here before owning a Rivendell. That changed in a couple months, though.
