Replacement "buckle" for Country Bag

Long shot, but this is an innovative group, so figured I'd ask.
Looking for a replacement "buckle" that is used to secure the side
pockets on a Nigel Symthe country bag. This is the piece of leather
that has a hole to attach to a post on the pocket flap and a strap
portion with holes that attaches to the pocket.

Probably have to have one custom made...would also be interested to
hear if anyone know of someone who can do such work and is willing to
accept small jobs.

Can you post a picture of the problem area?

I would think that an outdoor gear repair shop, or a shoe repair shop
could do it pretty easily. People can probably recommend places if
they know where you are.
