Hi all. I'm curious what other owners of smaller Rivs use as frame
pumps. I have a 54cm Quickbeam and it fits neither a Zefal Hpx nor a
Silca Impero. The space on the head tube between the top tube and down
tube is so small that the ends of the pumps can't reach the head tube
peg. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Happy Friday,

Have you considered putting the pump in between the bottom bracket and the top tube [this, of course, blocks one water bottle cage]?  Or, perhaps between your rear quick release lever and the seatpost lug?

Curious--I own 54cm Rambouillet  and a 52cm Quickbeam and a Zefal fits both fine...do you need a shorter one, perhaps?

I also have a 54cm quickbeam and tried several frame pumps.  I found that it always seemed to be in between pump sizes.  One size of a pump would be too small and the next size up would be too big.  I have not tried it buy you may want to try the Park adjustable frame pump.  http://www.parktool.com/product/dial-adjust-frame-pump-pmp-5

I use a Lezyne mini-pump which I just throw in my bag and like a lot.

I will never use frame pumps again. The Topeak Morph pumps are so good that I can't believe other pumps still exist.
