FS: Platrack & Slickersack combo + Tektro 720 Canti Brakes

Ideas are churning, so these are now up for grabs. The Platrack and Slickersack (Gen 1 Grid Grey) are unused, but have been mounted on an off each of my bikes once or twice. The rack has a short set of struts that fit the Bombadil middle eyelets, and a new pair of long struts I bought to have on hand in case I wanted to reach the dropouts. The Tektros are complete and unused, but I prefer Paul, so no need for these.
