FS: A few leftovers....Dura Ace Hubs and Cane Creek 100 Headset

Hey Guys

Dura Ace 7403 32 hole Hubs. Front hub could use a rebuild. It turns
smooth just not quite as smooth as the rear which spins butter
smooth. This accepts a regular HG cassette. $40 shipped.

Cane Creek Classic 100 Headset and custom Canti Hanger with bell. $65
shipped, used but not a scratch on the mirror smooth finish. It was
pressed into one bike.

Any idea if the hubs can be converted for 9/10s use? I've done it with lower end freehubs by swapping out the FH body, but wasn't sure about DA. Also, do the hubs come with Skewers?
