FS: Touring items- Like-new Ortlieb Bike Packer + Panniers & Used Nitto Big Back Rack

I am looking to parlay some of my not-ideal-for-me touring gear into a
bike trailer and here's what I've got:

1) A pair of never used black Ortlieb Bike Packer Plus Panniers. I
bought these a little more than a year ago and have never needed to
use them because I have a bag setup that works better for me. They've
been sitting in a closet and have no damage. Asking price is $150.

2) A Nitto big back rack. This is about two years old and it has been
mounted on my backup bike in that time. There is no damage to it aside
from probably some scratches, and I have all of the stays and clamps
it came with. I would call it very good used condition. I'm asking
$140 for this.

$275 for both items purchased together
