This is way off topic, but I have been thinking about getting a kite - like in the type of kite you go fly -

Is there like a MUSA kite that is the one to get?  Like the grandpa's pine tar soap of kites?  or the tagua nuts of kites?

I actually would be riding my Sam to parks to fly the kite.

I don't want to get a junky kite that will just fall apart, looking for something that will last.  I used to fly kites when I was a kid, and I remember loving the control that a two string kite provided, but i am not sure if i just had more control with the two stringers because i didn't understand how to fly a one stringer when i was a kid.

any help?

I'm reasonably sure that Gas Works Kite Shop in Seattle sells MUSA kites. They're a small neighborhood type business... super knowledgeable and friendly... at least in person. Plus, how often do you come across an actual kite shop? Give them a call.
