Hey John,

I placed an order last weekend and have not received an email saying the order has shipped but when I log into my account and check my order it says it is either being processed or being shipped, should I give a jingle to HQ on Monday to check or just sit tight?

I put in a order right when they announced the sale. It took a good
five days before I got the order has shipped email. I think that the
combined effort of getting up to speed with the new site and filling
more orders coming in because of the sale has them a bit tied up.
