If I ever put my Bleriot up for sale and say it's never been ridden in
the rain or crashed then you can call me a lying piece of @#%*! As
Mannys says....pics to prove it.

Rob,

We could be rude and say "forget about photos of you - is the bike okay?"  But glad to know you didn't break anything.  Hopefully everything is healed up soon and you'll be out riding as good as new.

Bike is fine...pretty soft landing....minor scratches on the top of my
foot but all's well. Heading out again off into the dreary mist.

Dreary mist would be nice.  We had more than a dusting of snow last night and the roads were pretty icy until this afternoon.  Probably going to bring the SimpleOne in for the winter and just ride the bikes that now have studded tires on them.

Glad to know you are okay.

When I got right-hooked at an intersection by a car, the first thing I did after picking myself up off the ground and briefly confirming that I could stand, was to examine the '03 Curt for signs of damage. Not much to the bike, 28 facial stitches for me. July of '06.

Rob -- glad you got off with dirty jeans and a sore foot.

I'm fine...and embarrassed to admit that I crashed again the very next
day, in the very same manner. Going down hill on a slick trail the
front tire slips out and I face plant into the mud. I was wearing
tights and a rain jacket the next day so it didn't look quite as
messy. I didn't tempt fate today. The sun was out today but I stuck
to the roads anyway.
