Ram's did go up to a 68cm (http://www.cyclofiend.com/Images/rbw/ram_17.jpg); but the fact it's running Jack Browns with fenders and Silver calipers, almost sounds more like an AHH w/o a 2TT (AHH is in odd-sizes, and a 2TT from 65cm on up, but Ram's were even-sized). Metallic light blue, too...
Wonder if, it was a case of, start w/ a Ram, adjust towards a new bike, aka, a study/prototype for the AHH in larger sizes?
