Took my Quickbeam out for a ride to Sacramento on this foggy morning.  Snapped a few pictures along the way:

Nice pix Eric.  Makes me kind of homesick.  I remember Sacramento fog well.  When they say we have fog here (Wash, DC), I laugh.  Steve

It doesn't get as foggy here as it used to be, probably the result of being built up more. Kind of fun when it does.

Yeah, that rings true for me as well.

I lived about 20 years in Napa and 20 years in the Berkeley area, and
I often think on how there just doesn't seem to be that thick, close
fog with 30 yards visibility like when I was younger. I remember as a
teen, I'd often drive by watching the tail lights of the car ahead as
much as watching the road.

On my bike, it made for a cold, clammy ride that has only been beat in
my experience by the bone chilling 35 degree drizzle of a Seattle
winter, where I prayed for the temp to dip below freezing so I could
stay dry and warm up.

Eric,
I live in Lodi and the fog is back. And, I really do not like riding in it.
