Hey Guys!
just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to a developer who is available to work on this super exciting project alongside myself and small team. It's in the social media space and looking for someone with experience in Ruby, PHP, MySQL, JQuery blah blah blah... Anyway be great to be introduced to some crew or at least shoved in the right direction...

Markie, I'd try heading to your local ruby meetup and mentioning at the announcements section of the night.
I'm sure that someone will nail you to the bar afterwards.
